Splatfest: MayoTeam vs. KetchupTeam

Well, we are after Splatfest 🙂 Both in America and Europe won the MayoTeam, which was represented by Pearl. Of course I also participated in Splatfest and I chose the KetchupTeam which leader was Marina. There weren’t many differences between Splatfest in Splatoon 1 and Splatoon 2, only a few details. First and foremost, on each Splatfest added one map that was not previously available. I think that is a cool option, because it gives everyone an equal chance, and each must be familiar with the map from the beginning. Beside new Splatfest’s map there are also two standard maps, which change during day. In this Splatfest were also added special colors of the Inks: ketchup and mayo:) This is like a small thing, but it’s nice concept 🙂 However, these colors only was available when MayoTeam battle with KetchupTeam. When KetchupTeam fight vs KetchupTeam (what happened often unfortunately) then there were standard colors. The rest has not changed in comparison with Splatfests of the Splatoon 1-at the end of each Splatfest each player receives a certain amount of shells,  which can use (for example) to add a slot in gear for ability 🙂

To sum up: I had a great time as usual, a bit of a pity that most of the battles was TeamKetchup vs TeamKetchup, so I do not know how exactly those battles were counted in the overall points score. But I hope that at the next Splatfests will be only better! “don’t get cooked-stay out of hook!”
